If your Grant boiler should fail during the first 2 or 5 years, in the first instance contact us on 01202 825800 to ensure that the fault does not lie with other components. If we are not available, the issue cannot wait for our return and you believe the fault lays with the Grant oil boiler, please feel free to contact Grant Engineering's Service Department on 01380 736920 directly or search for a Grant approved engineer using the link above and advise them the boiler is still under manufacturer's warranty.
However, please note that the warranty will not be valid, and therefore Grant will charge for repairs, if:
If your oil boiler should breakdown, we are not available and the issue cannot wait for our return, please go to the OFTEC website to find another qualified oil heating engineer to assist. You can use the link above and search for a local engineer using your postcode.

Installation work carried out by us is covered by a Workmanship Warranty Insurance. The warranty lasts 6 years from notification to OFTEC of the completion of the installation and is fully transferable should you sell your property.
All our plumbers hold a minimum of City & Guilds Level 2.
We are OFTEC registered, number C9667.
We are unvented hot water system certified and hold City & Guilds Level 3 for electrical installations.
